Project Description

The new Innovation Centre will house more than 50 international researchers and engineers focusing on developing innovative plastics solutions for the pipe, automotive and advance packaging industries. The project comprises the construction of the Innovation Tower, Laboratory Building, Application Hall, Utility Farm, Pipe Academy, and Guard House and above grade Car Parking, with a total built-up area of 20,000m².

Scope

CML are employed by the Main Contractor, ASCON, to provide Commissioning Management, Documentation Management (O&M Manuals), HVAC Testing & Balancing, and LV Electrical Testing.
