Capital Gate Tower is a mixed used development adjacent to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Project Description

The building is an iconic design in that it inclines 18° from vertical. The building is 160m tall and has 35 floors.

The development includes the following, Basement Plant, Kitchen, Laundry, Back of House Areas, Ground Floor Reception, Level 1 to 16 Office Accommodation, Level 17 Plant Areas, Level 18 to 33 Hotel and Level 19 Pool Areas.

Scope

CML are employed by Al Habtoor Leighton to provide the close-out Commissioning Management package for Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Public Health and Specialist Services.
