Project Description

The project comprises the construction of a hotel and residential development on the Nile Corniche in Cairo, Egypt comprising 2 No. 37 storey towers on a common 4 level basement, with a built-up area of approximately 200,000m2. The L-shaped south tower will be a five-star hotel for St Regis, whilst the north tower will be e residential tower. The Hotel Tower will include 226 standard rooms, 60 suites and 102 luxury hotel serviced apartments. The Residential Tower will include 90 serviced apartments, 16 luxury serviced apartments and a penthouse suite.

Scope

CML are employed by Qatari Diar to carry out the Commissioning Management of all the Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Public Health and Specialist Engineering Services.
