Project Description

The Novotel Project is a mixed use development in Dubai comprising three 26-Storey Towers, a linked 6 Level Podium, and a 3 Level Basement. The Towers comprise a Hotel Tower, a Residential Tower (Shell & Core), and an Office Tower (Shell & Core).

Scope

CML were appointed by BK Gulf LLC to carry out the HVAC Testing and Balancing services.
