The mall will have about 100 retail units including a hypermarket, an Ikea furniture store, an Ace Hardware store, as well as food and beverage outlets

The project comprises the construction of the Festival Plaza Shopping Mall in Jebel Ali, Dubai for Al Futtaim Retail Parks LLC. The Mall includes branches of IKEA and ACE plus 100 retail outlets, a food court, hypermarket and plaza. The overall BUA is approximately 60,000m2.

CML are employed by the MEP Sub-Contractor, Al Futtaim Engineering & Technologies LLC to carry out the Independent Commissioning Management Consultancy Services of the Mechanical, Electrical, ELV, Public Health and Specialist Engineering Services.
